Regulation

  1. Due to limited number of spaces in the class; please complete payments as soon as possible to secure the spot. Latest we will inform you of class time will be 3 days before. If class is cancelled due to low sign up, students will have the choice of keeping the credit or full refund

• Cancellation due to special reasons, please inform us as soon as possible.
2. Refund schedule as below:
(1) 30 Days before class starts 90%

(2) 20 Days before class starts 80%
(3) 11-20 Days before class starts 70%
(4) 3-10 Days before class starts 50%
(5) 2 Days before class starts or the Day of; No Refund

(6) If there is a special situation please contact IM studio.
3. IM will assign homework for students to practice at home.
4. Student who sign up for the entire course has the obligation to participate in practice and in final performance.

5. If the student is late or absent without proper reason; IM will have the right to remove the student from the final performance.
6. Trial student can participate in course that has already started; trial class can be arranged when there are more than 3 trial students.

7. The latest a student can book for a class will be 3pm the day before the class starts. Students can contact us through our fan page, line, or call us directly for class reservation.

IM will send out related information 12pm the day before class starts.
8. Cancelation needs to be made 6 hours before the class starts. If any later than that we cannot provide a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*Due to limited amount of spots for the course, an accurate and successful signed up will be notified by IM.

9. IM holds the rights to the content. Please adhere to the rules provided by IM
